“My newfound love for doulas!! During birth, Mary stayed with me for a long time not only offering me mental support but having me do different exercise stations to help move the baby down. For hours Mary helped me through contractions, made sure that Brandon knew what to do, and helped cover for him when he was tired and needed a break.
